Matrices Question: How many rows and columns must a matrix A have in order to define a mapping from R5 into R7 by the rule T(x) = Ax?

The answer is 7 columns and 5 rows, right? I'm just double checking.

If you had it the way you said then you wouldn't be able to matrix multiply

Check the above, if you multipley it you will get a 7 component vector
