A cytoplasm is the region between the cell membrane and the nucleus.(It is made of a thick, jelly fluid that contains the small structures of the cell,called organelles.) and most of the cell processes take place in the cytoplasm.

Cytoplasm is the liquid solution on the inside of a cell. Its PH and concentration are controlled by the cell itself. It mainly contains Ions, RNA and proteins. The organelles (in eukaryotes) are suspended in the solution.
