Sounds like a problem with your internet connection, your hardware, your software, or some combination of the three.  Where are you in the world?  What computer are you using? What's your internet connection?

Try again.  It could have just been a problem with their servers.  You were able to post here, so the problem isn't your internet connection, or the internet as a whole.  I suppose there might be some legal issue with viewing a programming class from certain foreign countries (exporting espionage technologies, or something ridiculous like that), but that's probably unlikely.
