multiply 7/4 by the reciprocal of 3/2, which is 2/3

anhhuyalex stated it perfectly but I just want to make sure that you actually understand this rather then just learning the answer: Dividing is always multiplying by the reciprocal so if a division problem is too hard multiply by the reciprocal. (The number inverted.)

Well if it's a repeating decimal it's a very long and tedious process which I am still learning. Also it is your judgement call on whether to use multiplication or division to solve a division problem.
