I want to learn I.T.

which section of IT you want to learn ?
There are many : programming , networking , AI , web design , .....
In general I think you need to learn a programming language
C++ will be a good start for you

or if you like the web design you need to start with HTML , CSS , Java Script
I think the first step is to choose what you want to learn in IT

I wouldn't recommend to start with C++. It's one of the hardest. You could try Python with Pygame to make some small games if you want to program.

My biggest advice would be to switch to Linux(Ubuntu for its good support). Then you will be forced to learn and you will surely get in love with it :)
