I suspect that you're not booting from the installation disk.  Check your BIOS and ensure it's set to boot from the right device (wherever the installation disk is).

I have checked it.That disk worked with other laptop.but it didn't work with my pc.it first copied the files.while loading files,it struck at 9% of completion and didn't move.I've tried another time by rebooting.but the same result

boot from live cd /usb and repair the window partition first , ur boot manager might be corrupt ....
