cellular respiration? well cellular respiration leads to an increase of CO2, which is an important part of bloods buffering system. H2CO3 is used to buffer the pH of blood so it doesn't change drastically. If there is a decrease of CO2, then there would be less H2CO3, which could potentially lead to a weaker buffering system.
