doing a littl erewrite on the radicand to make power 5 where possible\[\sqrt[5]{2^5x^5x^3y^2(z^2)^5?}\]all factors with exponent of 5 come out of radical\[=2xz^2\sqrt[5]{x^3y^2?}\]
