I changed my answer. I rounded up the number, but then I realized there is only 60 seconds per minute, so I fixed my answer.

Yes, but there is only 60 seconds, so you have to do like this:

22 minutes + 78-60(1 min) = 18 seconds ---> 23 minutes and 18 seconds.
