I treated A and B as regular variables and got:

A = [10^(B)-3]/2

...but I was wrong, if anyone knows where I went wrong I would deeply appreciate any advice

for the record A = [2 2 7 3
                            8 5 4 5
                            5 6 1 8]

and B is defined from A

pretty sure this is irrelevant but I thought I'd list it anyway
