I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY USER AND ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD AND THE COMPUTER IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO LOG IN SO THAT I CAN CHANGE THE PASSWORD, I HAVE TRIED IN SAFE MODE BUT THIS HAS NOT HELPED ME , I HAVE VERY IMPORTANT DATA IN MY COMPUTER, CAN ANY GIVE ME SOME IDEAS SO THAT I CAN LOG IN AND CHANGE MY PASSWORDS !!!!! ya , use offline password cracker to crack password if u r working on windows or if on linux than use ophcrack

Use a Linux live CD to get the important stuff of the disk, then reformat it? Or install Linux.

there is a software named ophcrack , you can download it from http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/ just make a live cd of it and start it with your computer , it will break the password.

Ophcrack or NTPASSWD is the way to go, NTPASSWD works more reliable for me personally however I do use Ophcrack when I need to know what the password was as NTPASSWD clears it.
