What does it mean by the term "evolutionary relationships". Within the context, it goes like: Classify the organisms based on evolutionary relationships.

Well, you can look at is as relationships corresponding with evolutionary information. That is, do they breed? if not, why not? if so, how related are they? etc. Its a way of relative classification based on evolutionary information. That said, now days this is done almost exclusively by DNA/RNA so they are mostly looking at how many base pairs, or what percentage difference do two (or more) similar organisms have in common/different?
