Yes. Factors of 30: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 30. Factors of 36: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 18, 36. Factors of 50: 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50 The lowest factor that is in all of these is 1. This is the case for all whole numbers though.

It's very uncommon for this question to come up though. Most teachers and exams ask for the greatest common factor, or the lowest common multiple.
