Two circles intersect at A and B. Let MN be one of their common tangents. Prove that AB bisects the segment MN.

Step 1: draw a picture

From my picture I can see that AB doesn't even intersect MN. Is there a different picture that should accompany this question?

No picture accompanying the question. I think we can extend AB so it intersects MN and formulate a proof from there.
