being nice is to friends and being loving is to a person that you care about a more careable person. :D

being nice is doing something because you care (can also be associated with doing something because you want they way they view you or the way others view you to change), being loving is doing something because you care more about them than you do yourself (can also be associated with doing something without care for how it makes you look)
