Well, I think that for b it's the substitution property of equality, (but I'm pretty sure I'm not doing it right, so that's why I'm checking it on here.) I'm really bad at these types of problems, so...

I dont exactly remember the substitution prop. of equality... but for b I would say, Definition of Congruence OR Law of Congruence c I dont know exactly how they got there, unless there is something else given in the problem. Because the Given section only talks about angles 1 and 2 being congruent and 1 = 130
