2-7 = -5 8-3 = 5 ; so far that might indicate a slope of -1 5-2 = 3 5-8 =-3 ; its still a -1 ratio i believe your sequence can be modeled after a linear equation: y = -n + C 5 5 5 = -5 + 10 y = -n+10
when n=0; y=10 when y=0; n=10
