The answer is yes, but I strongly recommend you don't use it, because it's a basic skill you should learn.

Or if that argument doesn't cut mustard with you, I'll just point out that whatever tool there is out there, you won't have it in the exam.

wolfram alpha or whatever its called can check your work sometimes
sometimes wolfram gives crazy answers or graphs though (not too crazy ,but just a little crazy)
