after you write something in quotation marks, and put things like replied or asked do they have to be capitalized?

No. Here is an example...

"It's so nice to meet you," replied Sally.
"How are you, today?" asked Sally.

Make sure the punctuation is inside the quotes.

no they dont unless they are foraml names............... like a person name, name of importantances... like Consitution of Independence. but the replied like these guys said are to be put first or after the quatation.
