Managers should not expect to be paid overtime. They are highly paid, and they should focus on getting the job done, rather than on how many hours it takes to complete the job. People who don’t have a “work-hard” attitude shouldn’t be managers. Do you agree or disagree with the statement? Defend your answer.
Sounds like a personal problem to me. In all seriousness, this is something you must reflect on. If you need help formulating your opinion in writing that's alright, but we aren't here to write out your answers for you.
If this is a personal problem then i can answer it in 3 words: That is life.
I highly disagree. If someone works more than 40 hours a week, unless that person makes a salary, he should be getting overtime pay. Managers have to deal with a LOT of things that you don't even realize. Being a manager is very stressful, and they should not be expected to work 50 hours a week, or more, with no overtime pay. You have obviously never been a manager, or you would understand. A person can "work-hard" and still have to work overtime. It's absurd to think managers don't deserve overtime pay.
