S, 36 is my guess. (the 36 but is not sure at all)
the R is most likely.
Between AD there are 2 letters, between DH there are 3 letters, between HM there are 4. So the next letter is S because between MR there are 5 letters.

the numbers are 2^2, 3^2, 4^2, 5^2 so the next is 6^2=36
