if the ball falls to ground h=0. so let at t=t1 , h=0, then
\[-16t _{1}^{2}+67t _{1}+3=0\]

solving the equations give s t1=4.1 s, the other root is negative, we donot consider it as time cannot be negative

When h = 0
t = 4.23

The ball will fall to the ground in 4.2 seconds if it is not caught.
