solving linear equations (in two vavriable) x+y=3 3x+4y=2

use elimination multiply top equation by 3 giving 3x+3x=9 then subtract the bottom thus -y=7....y=-7 substitute back into original x-7=3 and x=10 your solution is (10,-7)
