if 9/10 of the students have a calculater, what is the probability that exactly 7/8 students will hae a calculater

OpenStudy (turingtest):

Given this information that 7/8 students has a calculator, the probability is 0. We are already told that 9/10 students have a calculator, which is not the same as 7/8 students. In other words the odd are 1/1 that 9/10 students have a calculator, and 0/1 that any other ratio of students has a calculator. However that seems like a strange question, are you sure it's worded right?

i meant that 7 out of 8 students would have a calcultor. The answer is .38 but i have no idea how
