When we heat water or any kind of liquid, it will evolve a larger amount of vapour at the moment the fire was cut off than when it's been heating?

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

really?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Heating wud' chng 2 cooling and volume will not xpand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can understand heating would change to cooling but what is the effect to do with the volume?

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

the cooler the gas the less volume, as the the gas cools vapor condenses to fill the space

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wow, so do you mean the vapour that I see is not from the water heated but from surrounding?!
