the quadrants go counter clockwise.|dw:1318004966027:dw| so answer c is correct.
It is an odd and confusing thing that I see alot of students mess up. If you do a lot of problems involving angles, you get used to the naming convention.
i know it just confusing to me math never stick on me i been have trouble with math :( thank u for helping Senoin.
