The easiest way to learn a new language move to that country, as long as you surrounded by people that speak your same language you wont speak a new language to them. That's how I learned Spanish, I went to an International school and spoke Spanish with my Spanish friends only now that I'm at an American school and haven't spoken it much I'm starting to lose it

The easiest way is to enroll in a class, because it'll build your interest and teach you language & culture without you actually having to leave your country. There are tons of free resources online, if you just google, depending on your language that can supplement classroom learning.
