7(d-5)+12=5 7d-35+12=5 7d-23=5 7d-23+23=5+23 7d=28 7d/7=28/7 d=4
If the problem is: (8/x)+6+(2/5x) (8)(5)/5x+(6)(5x)/5x+(2/5x) (40+30x+2)/5x (30x+42)/5x 6(5x+7)/5x
\[multiply 2/5 by x \to get 2x/5\] \[8/x+6+2x/5\] \[2x/5*x/x*8/x*5/5+6*5x/5x\] \[2x ^{2/5x+40/5x+30x/5x}\] \[2x ^{2}+40+30x/5x\] \[2x ^{2}+30x+40/5x\] \[2(x ^{2})+2(15x)+2(20)\] answer \[2(x ^{2}+15x+20)/5x\]
oops screwed up after the third sentece hard to see too here is the right answer \[2x ^{2}/5x+40/5x+30/5x\]
