Set up a ratio\[{9\over x}={6\over 49,000}\]\[x=73,500 \text{kbps}\]then divide by the rate of the modem\[\text{time}={73,500\text{kb}\over 1200\text{kbps}}=61.25s=61s\]Fairly sure I did that right
