How many neutrons in an atom of chlorine-35? I got 17 electrons is that correct?

yes, that's right :)

If youre wanting to know the number of neutrons in Cl(35), the equation would be isotope # - # of protons= neutrons. 35-17= 18 neutrons. There would be 17 protons, 17 electrons and 18 neutrons.
