Not necessarily, but if u are good in maths you will find the numerical problems easy to solve.
Physics is, in my opinion, Math with a certain meaning. So if you find Math easy, you will be able to get the numbers, but you may not necessarily find Physics easy if you are unable to interpret and see beyond those numbers and formulae.
to simplify what Kira said, physics is applied math.
mathematics is the language of science. So if you understand the language you get what the science has to say. Like your own language.
