What experiment could I do to examine the temperature changes when 3 different metals react in a displacement reaction with copper II sulphate? There has to be at least a 5 degrees temperature rise.

Not exactly sure what you are asking but you could react the aqueous copper sulfate with iron, with magnesium, with aluminium. Each of those in a calorimeter. All these will be single replacement reactions. The calorimeter will reduce heat loss or gain from surroundings
