X^2+2X-3=0 im suppose to use a graph so any help will work

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you need to do with this equation, graph it? Factor? Solve for X?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea i have a graph to go with it but i dont knwo how to show you on here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The problem I see with graphing it is there is no Y variable.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says find x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let me see if i can draw it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah, ok. If we factored it, we'd get (x + 2)(x - 1) = 0 Then we get x = -2 and 1
