amount @ 14% = 89(.47-.29)/(.14-.29) might have to ignore a negative sign tho
hopefully, i get 106.8; but would have to dbl chk it if your smrt
(106.6(.14)+89(.47))/(106.6+89) = .29? close ...
im off by .03 if anything
106.8 zeros it in tho
