What is the best way to write an ISO file to a USB mass storage device without making the USB drive boatable?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't know why you would write a ISO to a USB drive without making it bootable unless your storing it on the drive then you would just copy the image file over. But a easy way to make it bootable would be to use a program like http://live.learnfree.eu/ and you wouldn't have to manually make the drive bootable.

I agree with above - If you don't want to make the drive bootable, just copy the ISO file over like any other file.
