in blood clotting various step are follows:(cacade theory) 1.thromboplatin (exothromboplastin) and platelet factor 3(endo thromboplastin) secretes Ca+2 2.thee calcium pectate activate the prothrombinsae or prothrombikinase (both are same name) enzyme 3.these enzymes help in diociation of : prothrombin--------->thrombin 4.then thrombin act as a catalyt and breaks fibrinogen------------>fibrin monomer 5.polymersation occur due to which fibrin polymer form 6.fibrin polymer trap the corpuscles clotting is done
