A swimming pool is 40 ft. long, 20 ft. wide, 4 feet deep on the shallow end. Water is pumped into the pool at 10 cu. ft. per minute. If there is 4 feet of water at the deep end, what percentage of the pool is filled? At what rate is the water level rising?
