What is the information requested for this problem? Factors?

yes

Okay. Sorry. This is a perfect square and I did not recognize it. First, factor out 4 so you have: 4 * [x^2 + x + 1/4} The only way to get 1x and 1/4 is to have factors of 1/2. So you have: 4 * [x + 1/2]^2
