do we have prokaryotic cells or eukarotic cells?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We have eukaryotic cells, our red blood cells don't have nuclei but they are still considered eukaryotic cells. They have it during development and then eject it later on.

Bang on. Though funnily we have more bacterial cells than we have our own cells in the body, mainly in the gut and oral cavities etc, they are prokaryotic. Funny really, its only fairly recent that we are beginning to look at them in having a role in the humen in things like immunity etc
