A game board has 8 cards, and 2 say WIN. Mike picks up 2 cards without replacing the first. What is the probability neither say WIN?

Eight cards, two wins, so we have

2/8 possibilities to win which is 1/4.

So we have 6/8 possibilities to lose which is 3/4.
So three times out of four the card won't be WIN.

6c2 = 15

15/28 is what i see it as
