OCW Scholar - Multivariable Calculus
9 Online
Mostly when I am dealing with multi variable calculus and I have to do integration of 3-d graphs, I usually can't find the limits. Specifically when a cross section from 3-d surface is cut and analyse in 2-d. I lose the points and then can't really find the limits of integration. One of the difficulties is my failure to draw 3-d graphs. I need help or any suggestions. Thanks everyone

I can help you with specific questions?
for 3D graphs and diagrams you need sound imagination and practice. try different questions and imagine that in mind and then draw them on sheets. to change 3D things into 2D objects, try projection techniques and methods. i think they can help.
