what are discrimination against women based on culture in Asia?

some people make fun of thier accents, their skin color, etc. mostly their appearance or if the smell funny or stuff like that. it isnt fair that people are discriminated bcuz of their race, im an southasian and im proud of it!!!

One example: If the culture in the Asian country has patriarchal, then the work force, upper management, and business world will be dominated by males and less accepting of women in the work force in jobs of authority and status.
