effect on calculated concentration of hcl? higher/lower/no effect IF the burrete was rinsed with water then filled with hydrochloric and an initial reading was taken during a volumetric analysis

there is an effect to a certain extent since it is washed with water, the concentration should be less because the aqueous hcl now becomes more diluted
