I don't get what this question is asking me to do...

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

Using z = 0 as the first input, find the first 3 output values for F = z^2 - 2i

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. -2i 2. 1-2i 3. 4-2i

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

That's what I thought too. But the answers apparenly are 1. -2i 2. 4-2i 3.12 + 14i

OpenStudy (anonymous):

when u put z=0, u get -2i

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

yup got that part

OpenStudy (anonymous):

u=1 gives 1 - 2i u=2 gives 4 - 2i

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

This is in my quadractic functions & eqquations unit....lol what does this have to do with anything

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, difficult to say without going through the study material....... most probably teaching how to calculate the value of a function for various values of the variable.....☺

OpenStudy (pottersheep):

haha thank you=)
