Well, simply start with x = 0 and find the corresponding y value. Then continue with x = 1, then x = 2, x = 3, and so on.....

Then go to x = -1, x =-2. etc... until you have a sufficient amount of points. Then draw a smooth curve between them that looks like a parabola.
