now we need to find a common binomial factor if possible
combining 2x^2 and x : x(2x + 1) - cant to this with 6xy + y
combining 2x^2 and 6xy : 2x(x + 3y) - cant do this with x + y
............ 6xy and x: x( 6y+1) - no
................ 6xy and y : y ( 6x+1) - no
