2/3y+v=x, for y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're back. Anyway, isolate y by subtracting v. x-v=2/3y. divide by 2/3 or multiply by 3/2 to both sides. y=3/2x-3/2v

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what would i do to y=3/2x=3/2v

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what would i do to y=3/2x=3/2v

I think that it y=3/2x-3/2v is simplified enough unless you want to factor out a 3/2 so 3/2(x-v)
