How is naming a line segment different from naming a line?

A Line is something that has infinite distance while a segment does not. When naming a line, you must have a <--> symbol above the points you are naming. And with a segment, you have a simple ---- line above the points.

A line has two infinite limits whereas a line segment has two finite limits residing in the closed interval between its endpoints.
