draw a line of arbitrary length, and then create two circles, each with center on one end of the line and radius equal to the length of the line. Now connect one end point to the two points where the circles coincide with two lines, and use a third line to connect the two points where the circles coincide. The first two lines have the same length. You can do the protractor part.
