Simplify and write the result without negative exponents. Assume that no variable is 0. (b^6/b^-5)^5

Hello Shannon. Exponents can be moved around from the numerator to the denominator to change the sign. Simplify first. (b^6/b^-5)^5 becomes b^30/b^-25 Now move the bottom part up. b^30*b^25 is b^55.
